I’ll help you by starting with a solid understanding of your current issue and introducing some psychological ideas and concepts. I like to think of it as combining my skills and expertise with your knowledge of yourself and your experiences. I’ll then walk you through cognitive, behavioral, and emotional skills and exercises.
